With its relaxed setting, vibrant ambiance, and a menu that showcases the best of plant-based cuisine, Studio Gauthier is the perfect destination for a delightful evening out.

A New Era in Vegan Dining:
Studio Gauthier is on a mission to redefine vegan dining, and their approach is both inspiring and inclusive. Instead of criticizing the current vegan landscape, chef Alexis Gauthier stepped into the vegan culinary world with open arms, aiming to innovate and elevate it to new heights. This commitment is evident in every aspect of the dining experience at Studio Gauthier.
Elevating Vegan Cuisine:
From the moment you step through the doors of Studio Gauthier, you’re greeted by a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant effortlessly blends chic style with a laid-back vibe, creating an environment that feels like a warm embrace. The attention to detail, a hallmark of Alexis Gauthier’s expertise, shines through in every dish and the impeccable service.
The menu at Studio Gauthier is a true celebration of seasonal flavors, drawing inspiration from French cuisines. Each plate is a masterpiece, carefully crafted with a harmonious blend of ingredients that will make your taste buds dance with joy. As a lover of courgette flowers and saffron, I couldn’t resist ordering the Swiss Chard Pastis as my main course. It was a delightful choice that brought warmth to the meal, perfectly balancing the cold dishes I had enjoyed earlier. The flavors transported me back to fond memories of working in Italy during the summer, and the dish was a true highlight of the evening.
I must also mention the black kelp caviar, which made for a captivating starter. As a sucker for plant-based versions of iconic non-vegan foods, the presence of the caviar reminded me that I was about to embark on something truly special. The texture was exceptional, and it added a layer of sophistication to the meal.
Luke, my non-vegan boyfriend and chef, thoroughly enjoyed the meal and is already planning to bring his parents on their next visit to London. One dish that particularly stood out for him was the Pithivier D’Ete. He described it as one of the best large plates he has ever had at a vegan restaurant.
Studio Gauthier, with its friendly and inviting atmosphere, elevates vegan dining to a whole new level. Whether you’re on a romantic date or gathering with loved ones, this restaurant promises an unforgettable experience. Their refined, modern, and 100% animal-free menu, coupled with a welcoming ambiance, makes Studio Gauthier the perfect destination for those seeking a friendly and delightful exploration of vegan cuisine. Prepare to be amazed as you indulge in the culinary wonders created by the talented team at Studio Gauthier, where innovation and flavor come together to create a truly remarkable dining adventure.
